Sunrise offers 1 bedroom + 1 bathroom apartments designed for seniors who want the opportunity for some companionship.

In the common dining room, tenants are able to chat, put together puzzles, play games together, or enjoy the monthly potluck. Tenants can choose to enter their apartment through the common hallway that connects the units with the dining room, or they can enter their own private outdoor entrance.  Sunrise tenants don't have to worry about any stairs on the property.
