Prime Assisted Living (Prime Living Apartments) is an affordable assisted living facility intended for persons age 55 and older that is located in downtown Sioux City.

Prime Assisted Living offers 50 - one bedroom apartments along with 5 companion apartments with 24-hour on-site care provided by Prime Care, L.L.C..  The 1 bedroom apartments have 1 bathroom.

The companion apartments could actually be considered a 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment connected by a common living room and kitchen.  This concept is great for friends or family members that need additional space.
